25: Howldyy All

Hola a todos!

You get a Tuesday email this week because we had a fun day with all the Sister missionaries in my mission yesterday, so today is my time to write emails!

This week was good! I had awesome Spanish studies this week that were truly mind blowing. I finally figured out how to say some of the more complex things I've been wanting to say, which is such a blessing. My head hurts so bad after every study session, but it's so worth it.

I've had some more fun this week and laughed a bit more than I have since getting here. One of the funniest things that happened was Hermana Martinez tripping so hard on the sidewalk that the button on her pants popped open. I was laughing too hard to help her and she was laughing too hard to be embarrassed.

I also tried to teach mi amigo Elder Lucero the phrase "Howdy Y'all". He is the tech specialist for the whole mission, and since I'm the tech specialist for my zone, we are in contact with him a lot. Now everytime he texts us, he uses some new variation of howdy y'all. It really makes my day to hear a ping and see "Howldy All" pop up.

What I want to really share this week is how much I love testifying during lessons! This is the time when I get to really share my personal feelings about a subject. I love being able to say that I KNOW something is true! We taught the Plan of Salvation (the plan God has for His children) a couple times this week to our friends who had never heard of it.

My absolutely favorite part of the lessons was being able to look at them and tell them that I know that God loves them, that He has a plan for them, and I know it is true. I KNOW it is true! I don't know why the power of testimony was so important to me this week, but it really was a highlight.

I hope y'all are fully enjoying the holiday season! Listen to some Michael Buble for me!
